How we teach

RN Ascend was founded by Chelsey Rodgers, BSN, RN, a pediatric clinical instructor at Chandler-Gilbert Community College with over 20 years of nursing experience across pediatric and neonatal critical care, travel nursing, and clinical teaching.
She’s joined by a team of clinicians, educators, and designers who share one belief: nursing education deserves better tools, designed by people who actually do the work.
